I had a total demolition and a total remodel of my bathroom. I love my updated bathroom!!!. The owner is professional, friendly and kept me fully informed of the stages of the project. The workmanship was excellent. The company gave me the option to work with a design person who had impeccable taste and selected bathroom fixtures and materials far superior than what I had originally chosen. My plan is to use this company for a remodel of a second bathroom and to install some new floors.

I had the best experience with this company from beginning to end! Don’t let the name Royal Floors fool you they do so much more than just floors. My house needed some TLC and after searching for many contractors and having no luck at finding the perfect fit someone introduced me to Mario. He was very knowledgeable and personable which I appreciated it felt like he gave suggestions for my home that he would do himself it wasn’t just a check for him. We started with a full gut of my bathroom and now he has pretty much remodeled my entire house. His crew comes in and gets the job done really fast and the quality of work is superb. They did some work during the pandemic and each time they came into the house they wore masks protecting themselves and my family.

Royal Floors Construction company, is Amazing! They have completed several different projects in my home over the last 15 + years. The first home improvement project, began with carpet installation. Years later, they resurfaced my hardwood floors. They also installed a french drain, to protect my foundation, and they recently remodeled my garage. The latest project was installing a gas fireplace. Royal Floors, has always exhibited, friendly, timely, courteous and professional services. I would definitely recommend them, for any home improvement projects.

I just recently purchased a townhouse in El Sobrante. The property was in good shape but the carpet and the bathroom floors were old, stained, and really can not be salvaged. It so happened that my realtor knew of a flooring company that will assists me with this issue.

I recently had the pleasure of using the services of RF Contractors. It was an emotional year for me, with the passing of my mother and my moving back to the family home with my dad who was against upgrading the floors, with old carpet that was 50 years old Mario, Emmanuel, and the whole team were fantastic — sensitive to my situation, patient, and efficient. I was given a two-day estimate for completion of the job, but they did the whole install in one day. The carpet and flooring look fantastic! My family and I are extremely pleased with the workmanship and professionalism of RF Contractors of Oakland.

Mario Wagner of RF Contractors refinished 10,000 sq ft of our grand ballroom and replaced an additional 20,000 sq ft of our carpet in our breakout rooms. Job was completed on time on budget with no problems. I would recommend his services.

This company provides outstanding customer service & quality work. No job is too big or too small. I needed a small area done in my apartment, Mario & his crew came out, providing excellent service & addressing problem areas not on the job form. I’m appreciative of this young crew.

I just bought my first apartment, and before I moved in, I wanted the grimy wood floors to look like new. Royal Floors did a fabulous job sanding and finishing the floors and…they look like new! The best thing was the great competitive price! Mario was very communicative during the process, and did a great job having his crew finish quickly and on short notice.
